Property Description

INCREDIBLE MOUNTAIN VIEW, OVER AN ACRE OF PRIVACY, & LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This is the triple whammy every vacationer and investor look for! Located right off the Spur! 2 miles to Pigeon Forge & 3 miles to Gatlinburg, this location (located off the Spur) is fast and convenient to all the attractions! Paved roads that don't require 4-wheel drive! Wildwood is an authentic log and chink style cabin with NEW UPDATES. If you are looking for fresh decorating ideas, we've included some virtually staged photos for you to see! The cabin and decks are new & newly stained, kitchen cabinets painted, new appliances, HVAC, LVP flooring, and new furniture throughout. The downstairs is newly remodeled (see full list of updates in the attachments). Wildwood has been meticulously maintained, cared for, and self-managed. This 3BD/3BA cabin has a bathroom on each level (max privacy!), two King bedrooms upstairs, one King bedroom on the main level, and a bunk room/game room & a sofa bed/theater room in the basement. With this layout, it can rent on Airbnb/VRBO as a 5-bedroom and sleep up to 13 guests (STR permit grandfathered in for 13 guests). There's plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
