Jay specializes in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge short term rental cabin investments, vacation homes, land and foreclosures in the Smoky Mountains. His focus is in the Smokies STR communities such as Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Pittman Center areas along with the communities of Wears Valley, Waldens Creek, Bluff Mountain, Chalet Village, and Cobbly Nob.

Jay has been a full time Realtor since 2007. His philosophy in real estate is to find the best value for his clients while developing long lasting relationships. He uses his expertise in analyzing short term rental cabin investments to help his clients locate the best deals on the market.

Jay used to be a licensed General Contractor in the State of Tennessee. His focus included the construction of custom cabins and log homes as well as high end speculation cabins for investors and short term rental owners. While Jay’s company focused on these genres of construction it was licensed to build residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Jay changed his focus away from construction and specializes strictly in real estate sales currently, but is still active in overseeing his own construction projects and checks in on the projects of his STR cabin owner clients.

Jay Fradd's Hobbies and Education

After residing locally in the beautiful Wears Valley, Waldens Creek, Kodak, and Boyds Creek areas of Sevier County, Jay now lives within the City of Sevierville. His favorite hobbies include traveling, hiking, fishing, and anything involving cabins, homes, or land. The real estate business is in his blood - Jay's parents were both successful Realtors. Jim, for over 40 years, and his mom, Sue, for over 30!

Jay graduated from Ohio University's College of Business, majoring in Finance and Business Pre-Law. He uses these skills obtained to analyze cabin investments, development projects, and other rental properties for clients.

Jay married Brooke in November 2008 at the Missionary Baptist Church in Cades Cove. Brooke is a fifth generation Sevier Countian and enjoys many of the same activities. They enjoy hiking and traveling together along with their fun families. And of course playing with their Labradoodle "Birdie Lou".
