Luxury Cabins in the Smoky Mountains with 7 bedrooms

I have actually never sold a seven bedroom cabin to a client yet. You could be the first! :-)

There are relatively few 7 bedroom cabins in our area. For some reason they tend to stick to even numbers of bedrooms once you get above 5 bedrooms. I have seen numerous 6 bedroom cabins, several 8 bedroom cabins, a few 10 bedroom cabins, and I've shown four different 12 bedroom cabins to clients and there are at least six different 12 bedroom cabins (a few located in each of the following resorts - The Preserve Resort, and Legacy Mountain Resort) that I know of in Sevier County. There are a few 12 bedroom cabins sprinkled here and there in our area such as "Big Bear Lodge" that aren't in the resort communities. There is even a 15 bedroom cabin and 18 bedroom cabin!

If you are looking for some of the most extreme luxury large cabins in our area (and I mean well above the ordinary level of luxury) I would recommend a few properties such as these:

The builder of the above mentioned properties is Highland Log Structures and they build some of the most amazing custom log homes in our area. I haven't sold these two particular log homes mentioned above, but there is a 5 bedroom cabin I sold in Pinnacle View (Great Smoky Lodge) that is built by the same builder and offers a similar (but not quite as high) level of luxury.
